BNS Consumer values your trust and strives to ensure that your shopping experience with us is smooth, reliable, and satisfying. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations, returns, and refunds are accepted.
1. Order Cancellation
- Before Dispatch:
- Customers may cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it or until the order has been dispatched, whichever is earlier.
- To request a cancellation, please contact us via email at [support@bnsconsumer.com] or call our customer care number.
- After Dispatch:
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, customers may still opt for return/refund as per the conditions below.
2. Return & Replacement Policy
Due to the nature of our products (cleaning supplies, food-grade spice powders, and ginger garlic paste), we follow strict hygiene and safety standards. Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- Eligible for Return/Replacement:
- Wrong item delivered (different from what was ordered).
- Damaged, defective, or leaking product at the time of delivery.
- Product past its expiry date upon delivery.
- Not Eligible for Return/Replacement:
- Products opened, used, or tampered with after delivery.
- Change of mind or dislike of taste/ fragrance/ packaging.
- Items purchased on clearance/discount unless defective.
- Return Request Window:
- All return/replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team with order details and photographic evidence of the issue.
3. Refund Policy
- Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.
- In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or wallet credit after verification.
- If a replacement product is requested, the replacement will be dispatched within 5–7 working days after return approval.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product).
